Product return (s)
products purchased at distance can be returned according to U.G. 34/2014: consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he gives up the purchase, without penalty and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract. The return of the products will be done at the expense of the customer, within 14 calendar days from the denunciation of the contract. Product return procedure involves the following steps:
1. Register request return products and obtain return registration number (NR-RMA)

The returned product must:
-to be in the same state as it was delivered;
-in original packaging with all related accessories (if applicable);
-without any traces of wear, change or consumption in the case of both products and accessories accompanying the returned

3. Finding and validation acceptance return product (s)

4. Service and warranty
For products that show defects during the warranty period and do not meet the mandatory conditions of application of the return procedure for cumprate products (see paragraph- Warranty the Terms and Conditions of Use), the buyer will contact the Customer Service.
For purchased products that meet the mandatory conditions for the application of the return procedure and assume the replacement of the product, the seller will replace the product with a new one of the model specified in the original order of If the replacement with a product in the same category of a higher value is agreed, the buyer will pay the difference, respectively if the value is lower, the buyer will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement.

Costs incurred by the buyer:
